Enjoy a delicious iced coffee made with Blend 34.
This Asian style iced coffee also referred to as Vietnamese or Japanese iced coffee is a refreshing iced coffee to enjoy on those hot days.Many of the Mediterranean holiday destinations also use this simple method to make the best iced coffee.
All of the following can be adjusted to taste but to start try this method for your best iced coffee.
Start with a large cold glass, we prefer to use 16oz.glasses.
Next add ice, fill the glass with ice, don't worry you can add more ice later if you wish.
Then add about 150ml of cold water.
Next add two large shots of vanilla syrup. Add more if you like sweet coffee.
Then add two espresso shots of smooth full flavoured coffee. Blend 34 gives a bold coffee flavour with a smooth finish so is an ideal ingredient for your iced coffee. The espresso is best from an espresso machine but can be done with either a moka pot or Aeropress.
Finally top up the glass with cream, vanilla cream or condensed milk. For extra indulgence add a topping of vanilla ice cream.
Add a straw and enjoy your deliciously creamy iced coffee.
