Delivery, return and refund policy.
Delivery
Delivery is within the UK only and is sent via a 2nd Class parcel service.
This is at present a 2-3 working day service.
What we do
Our roasted coffee is packaged in recyclable HDPE bags (we are currently moving our packaging over to environmentally friendly alternatives). They are filled in a protective atmosphere and each bag has a one way valve to maintain the freshness of your coffee beans or ground coffee. Orders received before 3:00pm are dispatched the same day.
Blue J Coffee lead time
There may be an additional short lead time depending on when we receive your order and should you have any special instructions. If at any stage you need further information don't hesitate to email us.
Parcel lead times
We have no direct control over our parcel delivery companies however they do achieve a 2-3 working day service. We welcome any feedback on the quality of your delivery.
Items will be posted to the shipping address received during the checkout process.
Other Delivery Charges
Blue J Coffee Co also uses local courier services.
Roasted coffee shipping charges:
Parcels up to 3 kg will be sent via 2nd class parcel delivery and the price will be calculated during checkout.
Parcels over 3 kg use the same method for parcel delivery. (Contact us if you require confirmation)
Larger items including Coffee Machines and Grinders:
Postage and packaging will be quoted at time of order.
International delivery
International postage is not available at the current time. Special orders may be considered on an individual basis. Contact info@bluejcoffee.co.uk to discuss.
Damaged or wrong orders
If your order is incorrect or damaged then Blue J Coffee Co will seek to offer a bespoke replacement or refund policy, please contact us via email info@bluejcoffee.co.uk to arrange the return of the goods.
Change of mind
We hope you have a great experience purchasing from us and we will do our best to resolve any issues you may have with your purchase.
We urge you to contact us via email info@bluejcoffee.co.uk to explain the situation as soon as you are aware of the issue; however the following applies.
If you have changed your mind and the items are unsuitable then please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods to resolve the situation.
You will be responsible for and incur the packaging and carriage charge for return of the goods.
Please note that refunds are subject to the provided goods being in perfect condition, unused and complete in their unopened original packaging.
Please allow 14 working days for this process.
Refunds will be made to the form of payment used for the initial purchase.
All shipping back to Blue J Coffee Co is to be paid for by the customer. We recommend that your carrier provides you with ‘proof of delivery’ as Blue J Coffee Co cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in return transit to us.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
